

The California Breastfeeding Coalition and the California WIC Association, with the help of the California Department of Public Health's Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health and WIC Programs are organizing the state's 3rd Annual Breastfeeding Walk throughout California on Thursday, August 13th.
Thousands of moms and babies will walk in local communities throughout the State of California to bring attention to the need to support breastfeeding mothers in the home, community and workplace.
The theme for this year's walk is:
"Breastfeeding: The Right Answer in Tough Times"
State Capitol Walk
One of the California walks will held from 12 :00-1:00 pm at our State Capitol in Sacramento. Join others from throughout California on the South Steps of the Capitol (11th and N Streets) on Thursday, August 13th.
